Yoga Methods​

Vinyasa Yoga

The class opens with breath-focused self-connection and a gentle warm-up. Heat builds through asana sequences combined with yogic breathing, elements of stretches, side bends, twists, backbends, and balances. The final 20 minutes include heart openers, inversions, counterbalances, and 10 minutes of Shavasana. Pranayama, meditation, and elements of Yoga philosophy are woven into the class's flow.

Yin Yoga

The class begins with a moment of self-connection, and a relaxing meditation releases tension and softens fear and anxiety, fostering full presence. This slow-paced Yin practice emphasizes compassion and acceptance, with postures held for 3 to 7 minutes to stretch and nurture deep connective tissues like ligaments, joints, and fascia. The class concludes with 10 minutes of Shavasana.
